RENTAL RETURNS
You must return your rental to the climbing shop by 5:30pm on the last rental day, to avoid being charged a late fee of $5.00 per knee bar pad.
LOST – STOLEN – DAMAGED RENTAL GEAR
If you loose or damage the rental gear, you are liable for the cost of the product.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
You must contact us to cancel the order no less than 3 days (72 hours) before the rental reservation date to request a refund. The first 3 rental reservation days can not be refunded. After which 50% of the cost for any additional days will be refunded.
