SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 states. Shipping charges will be added to your bill upon your agreement during the checkout process.

California Proposition 65
VCRUX and the State of Texas does not recognize these claims by California. No additional information, procedures or preparations will be made for California orders. No exceptions.

PREPARATION TIME

Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 business hours and will be continuously processed Monday – Friday. Deliveries may take 3-7 business days. Unless you have opted for expedited shipping services, please allow the aforementioned amount of time for delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICES

All orders placed before 1 PM EST for expedited shipping services (including 2nd day air and 3 day select) will be shipped on the same day. All orders after 1 PM EST will be shipped on the following day. If there are any delays in expedited shipping services caused by the carrier, we will work together with the customer to resolve the issue to the best of our ability however we cannot make any guarantees as it is entirely up to the carrier for reimbursement.

HOLIDAYS

All holidays observed by shipping carriers will affect shipment delivery times. Please note that it is on the customer to be aware of these holidays and account for transit time. We do not hold accountability for missed delivery dates due to holidays and inclement weather.

RETURN POLICY AND REQUIREMENTS

We will accept any new, unused products within 7 days of the original purchase. No refunds will be issued on orders that are more than 7 days old.

Once a product is altered or used in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or credit.

All refund requests should be sent to our Customer Service team. No refunds will be accepted or credited without a approval from our returns team. No exceptions. You should include your original packing slip in for identification with our returns team.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping charges will not be credited for any returns. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping.

    FedEx is our default shipper for most items.
    USPS United States Postal Service is used for small items.
