Contact Us and let us know within 3 days and we’ll be happy to make things right. It’s that easy. There are limitations on certain types of climbing gear that do not qualify for returns or exchanges for safety reasons.

3 Days Inspection Time

Standard 3 Day review on certain products only. Such as new and used climbing shoes, clothing and accessories. Certain products like life dependent climbing equipment and devices can not be refunded once used for safety reasons. Tags and packaging must be in place.

If you need to exchange a pair of shoes. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Shoes: Must not show any signs of chalk or wear, and returned with the original shoe box in its original condition. Shoes returned used, dirty, and/or missing original hang tag are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
  • Apparel Items: Must be unworn and returned with its original packaging intact, otherwise they will receive no refund or store credit
  • Package: Must be postmarked and shipped to the specified Return Center within 12 days from the purchase date for a full refund of your product (shipping not included).

*Please note we currently do not accept returns for crash pads, load bearing gear, or orders placed in the UK.
