Maximum Climbing by Eric Hörst

"Improve your Mind, Body and Spirit"

Rock climber's can find a wide variety of books designed to explain the fundamentals of the art. Maximum Climbing by Eric Hörst is one that stands above the rest and is worth mentioning. It covers more ground for today’s modern climbers. Eric dissects rock climbing down to the most powerful muscle in the human body, the brain. Teaching climbers of all abilities mental trainning techniques that instantly improve performance. Maximum Climbing is the missing link to any rock climber’s library. It highlights subjects that have been overlooked or vaguely explained in the past. I highly recommend this book for all types of climbers. In my opinion this book should be a first read for new comers and a must read for all climbers. To find out more about this book and others by Eric Hörst visit:  www.maximumclimbing.com
